Seminar by the Siracusa Institute Representatives

TSU EuroClub invites you to the seminar organized within the framework of the cooperation of the Faculty of Law and Young European Ambassadors (EU Neighbours East): ”Challenges of International Criminal Law in regard to the Principle of Complementarity“. The seminar will be led by the representatives of the Siracusa International Institute for Criminal Justice and Human Rights Jean-François Thony – President of the Institute and Filippo Musca - Director General of the Institute.

 

The seminar is implemented within the framework of the existing partnership between the Institute for Comparative and Transnational Criminal Law of the TSU Faculty of Law and the Siracusa Institute. Moreover, it is planned the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the institutions, which will contribute to more activities for the students of the TSU Faculty of Law in the future.

 

During the seminar, the participants will receive information about the activities of the Siracusa International Institute of Criminal Justice and Human Rights, an educational research institution in the field of international and comparative criminal law and human rights, as well as learn more about the challenges of international criminal law in regard to the principle of complementarity.
